Server Manager

Server Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of the server, ensuring stability, security, and a positive experience for all members. They coordinate with other leadership roles to implement policies, manage incidents, and maintain a welcoming environment. Server Managers are responsible for monitoring server health, enforcing rules, and supporting both staff and community members.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce community guidelines and handle rule violations
  • Coordinate with administrators and supervisors on server policies
  • Respond to member inquiries and provide support
  • Manage server roles, permissions, and access controls

Network Administrator

Network Administrators are responsible for both the technical infrastructure and the well-being of the community. They manage, maintain, and secure all technical products and network systems, while also fostering a positive and inclusive environment for members. Network Administrators serve as a bridge between technology and the community, providing support, guidance, and leadership in both areas. They coordinate with other leaders to implement improvements, resolve issues, and ensure the network meets the needs of its users.

Operations Administrator

Operations Administrators are responsible for managing all operational aspects of the server. They oversee the events team, coordinate updates to the wiki, and implement changes to procedures and airspace. Operations Administrators ensure that all activities run smoothly, align with organisational goals, and meet the needs of the community. They work closely with other leadership roles to plan, execute, and improve server operations.

Events Managers collaborate with other staff to ensure events run smoothly and align with the goals of the organisation.
